01 / The founding team

A duo of enthusiasts

Founded in 2020, SON grew out of the work of two researchers from the University of Burgundy:

04 / Infrastructure

A factory and an engineering center in Burgundy

Since 2024, SON has operated a production plant and a modern engineering center in the Dijon metropolitan area.

Across 150 m² of laboratories dedicated to nanomaterial synthesis, our teams design and characterize every batch of nanoparticles with absolute precision.

This ramp-up enables us to meet growing demand—both in France and internationally—and to support increasingly ambitious nano-engineering projects.

A forward-looking R&D team

SON brings together a team of 15 scientists and engineers from top universities. They are the ones who create our clients' nanoproducts on a daily basis.

The R&D team is constantly developing new solutions, both to improve existing nanoparticles and to devise new nanomaterials, paving the way for innovative applications.

It also maintains constant technological monitoring to anticipate its clients' needs.
